1 How do I find a book?
You can search our inventory of books using our search bar, located at the right-top of every page of our website. Just choose your search category (Title, Author or Keyword), then enter your search term. We’ll quickly sift through our inventory and tell you what we have available.
You can also use the Catalog Lists, located at the left-top of every page of our website. Select a section and you will be taken to a landing page for that subject. Use the “Sort by” bar on every page to view alphabetically, by price, or date, to search through only the books in your selected category.

2. How is Sales Tax Calculated?
Jilu Books is required to collect sales tax on any order in the US. We charge the local tax rate for each state, and follow all tax collection guidelines on a state-by-state basis. So taxes on each order are automatically calculated based on where our buyer is located.
3 Can I send you a check or money order instead of submitting my credit card information?
Our website accepts Credit Cards and PayPal. Your personal information are safe. All of the information submitted is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security.
4. Can I add more books to an order I already submitted?
Unfortunately, there is no way to add more books to an order that has been submitted and paid for.
However, you can always start a new order. We offer FREE SHIPPING on every order, and we have no limit to the number of orders you may place.
5 What are your shipping rates/delivery times?
We understand the eagerness as you are waiting for the item. Currently only one normal shipping is available, and the normal transit time is 1-2 business days.
6 Can I get a discount on a large order?
Jilu Books is dedicated to offering Chinese books on less spending regardless the total number of items purchased. Since our prices are already so low, and free shipping on each order, we do not offer additional discounts on larger orders.
We do offer regular coupon deals and special offers. Sign up to receive our emails to be notified of current deals.
7 Do you offer gift cards?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift cards currently. But we will work on it. Sign up to receive our emails to be notified.
8 How Do I Return an Item?
Our return policy strives to be as flexible as possible for our customer while allowing us to provide access to great products at a significant discount. As a result, not every product can be returned or returned for cash.
All items are returnable within 30 days of purchase unless the item is marked Sale or otherwise noted as non-returnable on the product page. Exceptions may apply so please check the individual product page carefully. The return availability status is also noted on each product in your cart at checkout.
For returnable items, you can receive a refund back to the original form of payment.
Eligible item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 21 days of the item shipped date or as otherwise stated on the item return policy. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

9 Should I have to create an account?
Our customers are not required to create an account on our store. You can place an order and get items purchased without logging in. However, creating an account and easily logging in, you will save your interested items anytime and get it purchased at your convenience.
In addition, signing up are encouraged to receive our coupons, notifications of your interested arrivals, and other special offers.
